这次雅思大作文考察的是全球化结合工作选择的话题，其实是比较好去展开论述的，在国外当然是机遇与挑战共存的，并且竞争也会更激烈，但是确实是更激励人上进，有更好的职业发展，并且有利于人们开拓视野。而在本国发展的话，其实会更熟悉也会更安稳，无论是工作环境还是家人朋友都会给你带来更舒适的感觉。这两种选择其实都各有利弊，那么同学们需要做的是分别讨论这两种选择，并且给出自己的看法。

Recently, people have different views about whether going abroad to find jobs is a better choice. In my opinion, while I can find out how people who choose to stay in their own country feel, I would argue that working in foreign countries is more likely to have a beneficial impact.

On the one hand, it is understandable if several people argue that it is more sensible to remain in their own country. For one thing, people are familiar with the circumstances, customs, and market environment in their own country, all of which can help them get along all right in their new job. For another, at home there are many friends, schoolmates and relatives whom people can turn to when in trouble. In addition, they won’t be too far from their parents, which is convenient for them to take care of parents.

On the other hand, I think leaving native country for a better career-development is more advisable. Firstly, away from their families and friends, people will have no one to depend on but themselves. Being able to live and survive overseas is an achievement that will hone people independence. Look at it in a positive light, it will make you stronger, wiser, and generally a better person. Secondly, this choice affords people the opportunity to broaden their horizon. Going abroad will expose them to a different culture, different language, and different people, in short, a totally new way of living. Thirdly, it is beneficial to improving people’s resume. The experience of working abroad will give them an edge over other applicants. In this age of globalization, employers prefer applicants that have overseas working experience.

In conclusion, although staying in one’s own country is more foolproof, I believe going abroad will bring people more opportunities and challenges, which is conducive to their growth and career advancement.
